Traveling Around the World
This week, the students "traveled" to Sweden and Europe using Google Earth, atlases and other reference materials.
Here are some things we learned:
1. Sweden is in Europe
2. Sweden's capital is Stockholm and it has many, many small islands
3. In Sweden they speak Swedish. That is another language. We learned that "God Morgon" means "Good Morning" and "Hej da" means "Good bye"
4. The flag of Sweden has two colors. It is blue and yellow.
