Our school principal delivered a beautiful flower to our classroom this morning to welcome us back to school. We loved the flower but wanted to change its color, so we discussed what we can do to change this. Thinking like scientists, we worked together and shared ideas. We decided to place the flower in water. We decided to add blue food coloring to the water. Here is a picture of what it looks like now. We will observe this flower and see how it changes in the next few days.
Welcome to Mrs. McCormack's 1st grade class blog where we post updates and pictures of our learning. Please see the sidebar for links to our other web-sites.
