Today, we had another library class. The students had the opportunity to choose two more books to take home. The students are encouraged to choose a book that interests them and one book that is "just right" for them. A "just right" book is a book that the students can read independently. We will continue to explore this idea in our classroom in the weeks ahead. Here are some pictures from today's library class and of the posters in our library that help us choose "just right" books. Happy reading at home!
Welcome to Mrs. McCormack's 1st grade class blog where we post updates and pictures of our learning. Please see the sidebar for links to our other web-sites.
